Besides mortgage lending, Kelly enjoys speaking about video marketing. Raised in Arizona, Kelly graduated Cum Laude from Arizona State University. When she’s not working she cherishes time with her husband Dan and their two sons, Jack and Nicholas, as well as Champ, their Labradoodle.

Kiliminjaro in October of 2007, the highest peak on the African continent and the highest free standing mountain in the world standing over 19,341 ft high. In 2009 he climbed Mt. Rainier in Washington standing 14,411 ft high. Michael also completed his first marathon in 2009 in San Diego and has run several half marathons as well. He also spends time giving back to his community by helping non-profit corporations through a collaboration of top Phoenix business people with Arizona LeaderForce.

Philip is a native of St. Paul, MN and a graduate of The University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. Philip moved to Southern Nevada in 2005 to begin his career in the mortgage industry with First Option. After becoming the top loan originator in the country for First Option, he transitioned in a Branch Manager role and ultimately an Area President. During his tenure at First Option, Philip has seen the extremes of the mortgage industry, from the pre-recession boom to the housing crisis crash of 2007. Randall “Randy” McMichael co-founded McMichael & Gray, PC in 2006. Prior to co-founding the firm, Randy was the marketing and managing attorney for Trey Inman & Associates, PC (2004-2006). Randy began his legal career with Russell M. Stookey, PC in Hiawassee, Georgia in 2003. He is the firm’s managing partner and heads the firm’s builder and resale divisions. Randy represents developers, builders, lenders, and real estate brokers with their real estate and legal needs. In 1999, Randy graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mercer University Walter F. Hello, I’m J.D. Crowe, President here at Southeast Mortgage. My career in the mortgage banking industry began in 1998 after serving 6 years as an officer in the US Army. As I was leaving the Army, I was planning on staying in the logistics field. I traveled to Atlanta for a final interview but was surprisingly convinced by a good friend who worked in the mortgage business to work with him and learn about the industry. He gave me three cassette tapes to listen to that described the type of person that thrived in mortgage sales – a person that had both the ability to relate to people and sell and also have an analytical side who can pay close attention to detail. I was immediately intrigued as this sounded like the perfect fit for my skills.
Fast forward to April of 2010, when I made the decision to join Southeast Mortgage. Initially my goals and directives were to originate mortgages, start a branch and develop a sales team. I quickly took on other tasks and began working company level projects to assist in the growth of the entire organization.
